Shipping & Returns

Our Shipping Policy

We aim to ship your products with in 3 days. We ship via track and traced courier so it should arrive within 10 - 15 days (depending on where we are shipping it to). 

Products being shipped internationally (outside of NZ) cannot be marked as "gift" or show altered prices.

Any import duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Inability to access the products due to lack of purchaser paying these import duties or taxes is not at fault of Our Littlest Ones.

Our Returns Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. 

Shipping costs for returning the item(s) to us will be at your cost and at your risk (so we recommend paying for track and traced courier).

Our Refund Policy

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully.

If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. 

Please note that the Height Charts are handmade and imperfections, including slight chipping on the plywood, may apply.
